- for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation or defense of claims - the legal basis of the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in protecting our rights
- for marketing purposes (ours and those of our partners), in particular related to the presentation of behavioral advertising - the principles of processing personal data for marketing purposes are described in the "Marketing" section.
- Your activity on the Service, including your personal data, is recorded in system logs. The information collected in the logs is processed primarily for purposes related to the provision of services. This data is processed solely in connection with the operation of the profile, including to keep you informed about our activities and to promote various events, services and products. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in promoting our own brand.

15. mobile application for Android
The LepszeSMSy.pl mobile app for Android collects and processes additional data to ensure full functionality on mobile devices.
15.1 Data collected by mobile application
The mobile application collects the following information:
- IP address of the device
- Information about visited pages of the application, time and date of visitInformation about the application pages visited, time and date of visit
- Time spent in the application
- Mobile device operating system
- The approximate geographical location of the device
- Personal data: name, phone number (required for service operation)Personal information: name, phone number (required for the operation of the service)
Access to contacts on the phone:
The application requires access to your phone's contact list for the sole purpose of facilitating the selection of SMS recipients. Accessing your contacts allows you to:
- Quickly select SMS recipients from the phone's contact list without having to manually enter numbers
- Synchronize contacts with LepszeSMSy.pl platform to manage message recipients
- Import contacts into groups in the app for easy bulk shipping
Contact data is processed locally on your device and is not shared with third parties without your consent. You can deny access to your contacts, but the app's functionality will be limited - you will need to manually enter recipients' phone numbers.
15.2 Use of location data
The application uses location data for the following purposes:
- Personalization of content and recommendations tailored to the user's location
- Analysis of user behavior and identification of trends (aggregated and anonymized data)
- Improve application performance and functionality
The app does not collect precise data about the device's location, only the approximate geographic location.
