We do not do a bulk contact sync. A contact is created in the system automatically on the first SMS to a given Bitrix24 contact. This is a privacy-friendly approach - we do not import your entire address book.

### How much does it cost to send SMS via Bitrix24 integration?

SMS go within your own mobile operator plan - there is no per-message fee like with a classic A2P gateway. You pay a software subscription. Current prices on the pricing page.

### How quickly do SMS sent from Bitrix24 arrive?

Delivery is asynchronous - SMS goes from a physical Android phone. The app queues messages and sends them one by one. This is not instant delivery like with an A2P gateway - delivery time depends on the phone being active.
